If you intend to practice Nursing in the US, it is much better to study your BSN there. Being a US graduate, there are less obstacles in practicing your chosen profession....

yes it is an Emergency Room Volunteer Program under UP Pahinungod - PGH Department of Emergency Medicine. You should complete 100 hours in 3 months. If you're interested I suggest you go to PGH and inquire. I heard even non-allied health courses grad...

PGH doesn't have a voulunteer program for nurses, but UP Pahinugod does... it's in the ER of PGH but the volunteer program is not related to the Nursing Service of PGH. It's a good platform for experience and new things to learn... my classmate is do...

During your registration in the PRC, you sign an Oath Taking Form duly notarized signed and stamped by the PRC, so that is the actual Oath taking... The ceremony is just for show...that is my understanding.
