i probably suggest medical surgical unit...because u can experience all u want to know...as a fresh graduate u will be learning a lot,about nursing procedures...encounter different medications ,this will be a good start for you i tell...

nurses shortage is common here in the philippines beause almost all nurses wants to work abroad and some wants to migrate in foreign countries....it is really visible....

i agree skipping meals is common especially bedside nurses....its not mandated that you should skip meals whenever possible because the management does allow nurses to have a 30 mins quick break....and its up to you if you will use that time to have ...

It happens if you had a direct contact with your patients....that is why being in this kind of profession,we really need to be cautious....so far...i haven't been experiencing worst sickness while working in the hospital....

i guess your right....i just based it according to my experience,from night shift of 8 hours duty...i slept at around 7 am when i got home then woke up at 2 in the afternoon...the advantage part of it,everyone can attend the am shift,afternoon shift...

in the hospital that i worked at...elective C/S cases are minimal.It also depends with the situation,if the patient is for repeat C/S then you can categories it as elective. i guess there are morse stat C/S rather than elective...

hello, In my opinion....we really have to be cautious in everything we do...its not right to pretend or trying to be an expert when it comes to diagnose the disease of the person especially if you are not really a nurse by profession...it may harm...
