Which Littmann?
Littmann for sure! I have owned the Littman Select, Select Lightweight, Classic SE II, and the Master Classic. All of them work well, however I wasn't a big fan of the Select Lightweight. The Master Classic is wonderful, although for me it was too heavy around my neck all day. I would recomment the Classic SE II. Here are some sites. Tell Me About Your Study Space.
What is a DH? I see people use this all the time? I have picked up that it refers to someones husband usually but what does the DH actually stand for? Dear Husband, maybe?

Anyone attending cox college
Most definitely! Good luck to you too! Did you relocate to Springfield, or are you commuting? I plan to do my BSN online the apply to a Masters program, still up in the air on if I want to go CRNA or NP. Tough decison, both have their pros and cons, I'm sure after a couple years of Nursing I will know which one is right for me though.

CRNA or NP?
I will be graduating with my RN soon. I think that I will enjoy each profession equally. I do agree that once I get into the field I will probably find out exactly what I will really like. I am a planner and I like to have my path set :)

CRNA or NP?
What is your opinion on the CRNA or NP/DNP? I'm up in the air and would like to receive some feedback from someone who has acomplished this degree already or in progess of completing it!

How to get my CRNA & DNP
Hello all! I have a few questions that I can't seem to get answered via Google :)! I am curently in the nursing program to get my ADN. However once I graduate I would like to continue my education. I know for sure I need to go and get my BSN and I have that part down, the only part I am confused on is how do I get my CRNA and DNP? I know that the CRNA is a Master Degree but is only offered at select schools. Once I get my CRNA do I just transfer to another school and do my DNP? Or is there an easier way to do this? I'm really confused and your reponses will be much apreciated! Also, does any one have any advice on the CRNA or DNP programs? Good decision? Hard? Career oppurunites etc? Thank you! Courtney

Military spouse...so many questions
I am currently living in Waynesville, MO (which is right outside of Ft. Leonard Wood) I am not in the military I actually moved here from FL for the Nursing program they have on post in the Truman Education center offered by Lincoln University. I would definately recommend you get your RN since you will be moving...but if your only here for 6-12mo then you may just want to wait until you get to your duty station unless you are able to transfer your nursing credits elsewhere. I haven't had any issues with the school yet and I actually like it, they offer night classes which works great for me since I work during the daytime. I wish you the best of luck, maybe we can meet up once you get here and study... :)

Can I be a Traveling Nurse With my Son?
I am currently in school to be an RN and will graduate in 2010. My son will then be 4 years old. I really want to try the traveling aspect of Nursing and could really use they money as well, being a single mom. Can I be a traveling nurse with my son? I don't want to leave him with family etc. unless I can be a traveling nurse for a couple weeks and do it maybe once a month as a "bonus" type thing. But it would be awesome if I could travel nurse for a couple of months with my son accompanying me...is there an option on bringing a sitter with me? Any info. will help. Thanks in advance!
