  1. There are a lot of Philippine MDs now working as NPs.
  2. Thank you Dn, thank you thank you, God Bless you!!!
  3. Be humble. Hundreds of thousands of Philippine nurses will never set foot in the USA, and will spend the rest of their lives there. You are among the last lucky few as the Great Philipiine Nurse Migration Era closes down. Make the most of it.
  4. In the PH, your chances are very slim. The PH is very cruel to nurses above age 30. PHILIPPINE EMPLOYERS ARE VERY DISCRIMINATORY when it comes to age.
  5. I know it's unpleasant, but to put it bluntly, you just missed the boat. Forget about nursing and coming here to the USA, that's not gonna happen. Choose your heart's course and be happy instead.
  6. Philippine nurse immigration to the USA is dead. That's the hard truth.
  7. Filipino applicants out there, please don't give the race a bad name by submitting false documents. Don't cheat, earn your degree. Karma will get you and mess up other pinoys as well.
  8. There will be consequences. The days of adjustment of status by eager tourists is a thing of the past. There is no demand now.
  9. What this guy did is shameful, disgusting, stupid and greedy. He destroyed the reputation of all Philippine nurses who honestly got their degrees by studying hard. He is a disgrace to Philippine nurses and deserves what's coming to him.
  10. It's a bleak landscape out there for foreign RNs.
  11. Philippine graduates will be avoiding California. And as demand for foreign nurses has become history, Philippine nursing migration will also cease into the USA.
  12. This bill is aimed only at technological sector employees, no mention of nurses. Market here still effectively closed for foreign RNs.
  13. Make it fast, thousands of Philippine nurses are sure to flock there once word gets around.
  14. LVN success! Someone I know licensed in another state as RN got an LVN license after passing the exam. Not too bad. And an RN license got renewed easy, no truth to some rumors. It's great to be an RN in CA!
  15. Norway is a great destination for nurses, just learn the language. But it will fill up real fast as Norway is a small country.
  16. This is simply the unbreakable law of supply and demand at work. Too many nurses, not enough jobs.
  17. Are there still employers actually hiring philippine nurses for here in America? There are so many new graduates here.
  18. It's not even until 2020. The US has caught up with its RN "shortage", there will be plenty to meet the demand and some. More like for good.
  19. Do you have a SSN? Are you a legal permanent resident of the USA?
  20. PH nurses should all go to call centers in order to survive.
  21. The time for the final generation of PH nurses migrating to the US is coming to an end.
