  1. I was too depress to check out this site for couple of days.... I didn't get my result yet but I had about 220 questions total, 1 med calculation, 3 SATA, serveral meds question which im pretty sure i got all them wrong. Lots of prioritizes and "see first" questions. Only few on infection control. What I've noticed was that for almost any questions about basic nursing content that I thought I answered correctly, the following question was about prioritizing. And when I believed that I answered prioritizing question incorrectly, the next question was about nursing content. I really don't know what to think right now.... What now? Let say that I may have failed, am i gonna go to BK and flipping burger? I mean, even with suzanne's plan don't work for me, what will? Im planning to take a review course if I fail this time
  2. Good luck to both of you. Im taking mine this Thursday
  3. I will be taking the nclex rn this coming Thursday and I am freaking out right now!!!!! I was supposed to take this test in the end of decemeber 2008 but family problem so I had to reschedule it. I've been following suzanne's plan without missing a bit. But for some reasons I still feel inadequate. I am hoping to pass this exam since this is my 2nd try.
  4. to be honest, i still don't understand how you guys got those answers.
  5. I still don't understand how you get 9ml/hr
  6. It's not easy to tell everyone that you've failed the nclex...i know what it's like. All my friends and everyone at work keep asking me when i'm going to take the nclex after i graduated from nursing school. Then after i took the nclex and found out that i've failed...that wasn't easy for me to face my co-worker either. My co worker are very supportive but it's just that sometimes we have these feelings inside of us that make us thinking people will reject/judge us if we failed. Just keep it up, review, and take it again. I'm doing suzanne's 1st tip right now....so far so good.
  7. I know how you feel...it wasn't easy for me either. But you need to move on in life...so i am reviewing it with suzanne's plan
  8. Wow! congratulations and thank you for sharing your inspirational post. I failed the nclex on first try and your post really inspires me for the second try.
  9. Keep you head up. Everybody feel that way
  10. Good luck to you
  11. congratulation that the battle is over for you
  12. what did you do to prepare for this test? i'm sure you're going to pass
  13. Good luck to you. I know how it feels to wait for the result
  14. don't let it stop you. I didn't pass the 1st one that i took on sept 23...and i'm on my feet again reviewing the stuff for the second round. I'm following suzanne's plan and i'm really confident in it. You should too
  15. I wish you all luck...i recently failed the 1st nclex and i'm not stopping until i pass
  16. thanks for the list
  17. I know how you feel... i have the question about mcg/kg/min....and guess what? I didn't even remember how to convert from mcg to mg:banghead: I had two cal questions like that and didn't know how to solve it. it's 1mg=1000mcg darn it...here's the tip...get a good night of sleep...i had only 2 hours of sleep the night before the nclex because of the anxiety i think.
  18. Thank you for sharing your story i'm studying to take for the 2nd time.
  19. i'm working on her plan right after the day i took my nlcex-rn
  20. i'm starting to use saunders for the 2nd exam :)
