  1. Yes,we typically do that also.
  2. Give yourself at least 2 months for the next NCLEX test;Find out what your weekness is and get over it;The most important--believe in yourself! Good luck1
  3. How about "I would like to work in a new area to inprove my skills and explore more opportunities in my career". I think it is acceptable for the interviewers--Idid it.
  4. Yes,I have been mandated to stay over my shifts several times due to the short of the staffs.Sometimes it is not difficult for me to do that but if I did not feel well like you or just not in a good spirit situation,I will refuse it-it is not a safe nursing and I have to be responsible for my patients and myself.
  5. Yes, sometimes I am also confused about that.Waiting on the answers.
  6. I love 12 hour shifts and prefer compressed work weeks-it can make me more days off with my families and friends;I dislike working 6 days per week with 1 day off. I worked 12 hours rotating shifts for 1 year with no error.A bit tired at the end of the shift but recover quickly by a sound sleep.I think it's good for me and my patients.
  7. these guys can be devided into several groups:who dislike taking care of others, who do not know what is real nursing, who do not believe himself/herself and can be easily effected by others...or just dislike nursing. But the key is what's YOU want? Let others go,Just follow your heart!
  8. I was a stress eater, but not any more, because losing weight is more difficult than eating. That's why I can stay in shape now.
  9. I like it,it's so amazing.I'll refer it to my friends.Thanks.
