Metabaron, I know just how you feel. I finally passed the Nclex on the 8th time. This is what I did before I took it on the 8th time. I did Suzanne's first tip. Then I did NCSBN its a website you can go to and it is alot like the Nclex test. I did all of that and for the questions I got wrong I would read the rationales to see how they try to trick you to chose the wrong answer. I did alot of Questions and would read the rationales. To me that is the key to the Nclex and the first tip of Suzanne's plan helps you to review the things you might have forgot in School. So don't give up you have come to far to give up . i have finally passed after 8 trys. yes you read it right it took 7 no's before that yes came along. i am now an officially an rn. my strategy was simple. the only way i would fail was to give up and giving up was not an option. with studying, family and prayer. i made it and you can too. so don't ever give up ,because you will pass. i used saunders & cd, kaplan q-bank, 3 reviews, a tutor and ncsbn. i did lots of questions and read the rationale for the ones i got wrong. thank you all for your support and encouragement. this website is wonderful. lynsey, rn:up::loveya:

I took mine in Albany Georgia. Mine shut off after 240. I don't know if that is good or bad.I will keep praying for us both. Is this your first test? LynseyEB

Hi! I took my test yesterday and was wondering if anybody from Bama has looked on Bamas website and checked the licene lookup and seen their name the day after they took the test or do you have to wait 48 hrs. I just do not like waiting. Please let me know. LynseyEB

Hi! I am doing the online NCSBN'S Review. The questions are most like the Nclex then any questions I have done . I wished I had found out about this before I tested the first time. The saunders book is also good. I have done 3 reviews and have also gone to a tutor. I can retest again in June. Good Luck to everyone and don't forget to Pray. We will make it. LynseyEB

I Have taken Syliva Rayfield, Rhinehart and Kaplan. They all helped but I liked Suzanne Plan the best and doing lots of questions. I take the test again the end of April. let me hear from you. LynseyEB:typing

brownsuga83, I know how you feel . I failed mine for the 6th time in 2/08. We can't give up . I am going to retest in April of 08 for the 7th time . Yes for the 7th time. I have done reviews and some of Suzanne's 1st tip. I am going to finish it all her plan does work if you do it right. I know because I was near passing on all and above passing on some parts and I did not have any below passing this time. I belive if I had done it right I might have passed. you can't give up .
