I am on the process of haad license application. In fact, I just sent my application last 23rd of oct. Here's the advise of my PRO and Haad peraonnel whom I ask when I attended a nursing conference. 1. Apply for dataflow. Once completed after 30 days. You will receive a username and password from the HAAD. 2. Log in to the link sent to ur email with that username and password and complete all the necessary documents and upload most importantly u should have a good standing certificate. 3. Submit ur application. And wait for their response. Don't forget to pray in everything u do.

To apply as a hc nurse, you must have HAAD license. Visit هيئة Øلصحة - أبوظبي and go for the examination. First you have to verify your documents with and pay the fees with haad and dataflowgroup.com before you can file for the examination

Hi Carl, I've read your post. How's your job now? I am working as a Admin Clinical Nurse Supervisor in a Home Health Care setting, and we have an approaching electonic record plan. Since I am also the techie guy here, they are planning me to put in that position. I found it as another opportunity for me since I really enjoy working in a computer, technology/ combined nursing. What can you suggest for me to do? Not sure about the EMR software that we will use but I am really excited to work as Nursing Informaticist. Based on your previous post, you become the superuser of Soarian, would you suggest the same thing to me as a Superuser? I think there will be a great difference for Home Health set up. Any advice? I graduated year 2007, and tried to apply to almost all hospitals, private and government, did a 3 mos volunteer experience at EAMC, tried to applied for other jobs but out of luck. then luckily just referred by a neighbor to a clinic and atleast landed a job there working 3-5 times per week and do that for a year and a half, still struggling for a hospital based work. 3 years after I graduated and still it is difficult to find a work there in PH so I Made up my mind and with the help of my brother invited me to come here in UAE. found a work here as dental assistant with a kuripot employer earning around 14k peso amount and i paid everything, worked for 1 year. took a nursing MOH Licensure here for nurses, passed it decided to find another job. in Gods' grace I got a a job in homecare based under a private company and earning around 50k peso. not bad. currently striving to pass the HAAD Exam for better opportunities. Fellow nurses. It is 6 years now since I graduated and seems that still employment opportunities there in PH are difficult. Think. Have faith. Aim High. Achieved your Goal. Pray Hard. God Bless.

I also worked Homecare based but here in Middles East, the family took supplies from the hospital, everything is given monthly. about the pay, we are getting a minimum of $1,370 per month free transpo and allowance, 48 hours per week schedule.

I haven't read about that on haad.ae website. but for MOH License you are exempted for the exam. they will just evaluate your reference, the university, experience atleast 1000 hours and your valid license from the prc

and I can only get SSN once I have a temporary Work Permit and I am inside U.S right? If that's the case CA need SSN to sit for NCLEX Exam then how, from other country can apply to Ca board of nursing and apply for NCLEX outside U.S? Even if I Visit CA as a tourist, I don't know if I can still secure SSN.

Yes that's right, and as I mentioned, I have a possible job offer, I just think that I must pass the NCLEX exam to make the requirements available on hand, Maybe if I pass the NCLEX exam to other state that do not require SSN and I went to California with some Visa like Temporary Work Permit, I can get SSN and It maybe possible for that other state(no SSN req) that have my application and NCLEX result to endorse it to California Board of Nursing. I did not schedule for the NCLEX exam wayback year 2010 and moved to Middle East, now I am planning to take the test again. Dental Assistant in UAE - no contract signed! Hi, I am a Male Registered nurse in my home country and go here to UAE on tourist visa, I tried to find a work here and finally got one. In a Dental center. Due to difficulties in finding a work here because of my profession and my gender, I grab this one opportunity. I undergo 7 days training of some exposures to dental setup and most of distributing brochures. Because it is a small clinic with 4 rooms, I will be working as a dental assistant, receptionist and cleaner in the clinic. I go out of clinic to distribute brochures of our if we have less patients. I payed for AED 3,500 fee for the half of my employment visa to be process. AED 1,500 of that is salary deduction on monthly basis. All the offers of the company is only on a verbal basis, no formal contract letter was given to me until now that I have the employment visa and working on the clinic. My salary is, which I and others think, below minimum AED 1,300 now that I don't have the license as dental assistant here, but after having the license it will increase upto AED 1,700 for 9 hours of work including all allowances (house rent, electricity,water,gas,transportation and food), still below the minimum wage. Salary will increase upto AED 2,000 basic for 9 hours after a year (the employer just said). I am now in 2 months of working in this company, but just got the employment visa and do exit last September 2. My licensure for dental assistant is on process now. Now I am not that happy the way I work because it is too much work and the attitude of the employer is also not good. But still thankful compared to others working here. The employer said that employment contract is 2 years (renewable), residence visa is 3 years, 1 month leave, free salary and airfare after 2 years with completion and all the payments that was stated above. The problem are -We don't have any contract signing because all was done on verbal basis only, does it mean that I can leave the company at any time? -What will be the advantages and disadvantages of this? -How can I avoid labour ban if I want to quit this job? is it through working on Government or Free Zones? Im done with my Intravenous Therapy training and had my License, Basic Life Support at PNRC-QC, and some seminars. i also tried to apply at California,.Im done with the requirements and had my ELIGIBILITY which had only 2 years validity, so i should have register at pearsonvue before it expires,.unfortunately I have no money for the registration so i need to work first for that. and still with the retrogression in place,. according to all forums here, and from SUZANNE,there is only a CHANCE of getting an Immigrant visa when applying to U.S. But it is a good points if you had taken the NCLEX and passed it,.but you should consider to apply to the states that did not destroyed your application after 3 years or more.,California is one of them. If they destroyed your application,.you should apply to them again if you want to,.or before that happens, other option is to apply in other states that didnt do that and call them to forward your documents and the result of your NCLEX.
