So hello everyone, it's wonderful to have these little chat rooms to help us along our paths to becoming a nurse. so this is my:twocents: worth . I'm so glad the pre-req's and am excited to start the program this Fall:yelclap::yelclap::yelclap:
  4. :yeah:I just got my acceptance letter, the waiting was murder but I'm so relieved now. I start in the fall of 08. I on my way to fulfilling my dream.
  5. OMG!!!! the letters went out yesterday. I am so nervous I can hardly contain myself. I feel like crying, after finishing all the pre-req's and doing the jumps through the hoops of admissions, waiting these last few hours is harder than anything I have went through so far. Thanks for listening to me vent. I can't take it much longer.
  6. Here's another option One that personally worked for me. Go to Amazon.com and get the book algebra for dummies and the workbook that goes with it. Study... study... study... for about a month, then go back and take the placement test. by teaching yourself you should be able to bump up to the next level of class and by-pass a whole semster of classes. Then with only having to take one class the time frame for getting into the program will be cut down. I hope this helps you it sure did for me:yeah:
  7. I have to say without a doubt A&P II is the hardest by far
  8. Hi All, It's so hard waiting, and I will continue to wait till the first week of may( I hope my mailbox can handle me checking it 10-12 times a day). pre req's are all done, teas was okay, gpa 4.0, so it's just a waiting game. 54 slots with 104 apps. so I guess a 50-50 shot isn't too bad.
