Honestly I had the worst experience at this school but this was just my experience so it may be different from you. If you're white then you'll be fine. If you decide to still go to this school and you're a POC just make sure to answer questions every once in awhile and force yourself out of your comfort zone by answering questions because if you don't engage during class they'll assume you're stupid (most profs have a huge issue with those who are introverted they consider your quietness lack of knowledge) Professors at this school really enjoy marking you lower without valid reasons despite following the rubric. If you decided to book office hours to go over an assignment you might risk getting marked lower! If you're white you can definitely half a$$ everything and you can get away with it and sometimes even praised. I never really thought racism like this still existed but what I've come to realize is that racism is alive and well and it's thriving at cotr!

Has anyone heard anything about Selkirk College ?

coast mountain college responds pretty fast, deadline is march 31st and you don't have to pay application fee just the 10 dollar fee to send transcripts etc

I just sent screen shots of my highschool transcripts and Uni transcripts. Then I sent my official highschool transcripts in and I didn't even get a chance to send my official university transcript before they accepted! Good luck to you and I hope this helps!

Hey, I also applied to this school and I'm currently finishing my HF certificate at kpu. Also I was wondering how you were going to apply to bcit, don't you need to complete a biology course at the Uni level? I think what you have here is pretty strong grades! Hopefully we both get in! hey there, thanks so much for the valuable insight. it's so hard to find any information regarding bpn program at kpu. I was just wondering what your GPA was when you applied into the kpu bpn program!

I was beyond shocked to read that both of you didn't get in for this intake ? Are you both going to reaaply and did they tell you what the GPA cut off what for the BPN program? I feel as though it's not fair for BSN students to declare into BPN. They are not passionate about psych nursing and are only applying to secure a spot such a piss off. oh well, I hope next intake is more lenient ?

OMG girl im in the same boat kinda, been at kpu health foundations program since 2018 too but my genius self has only been going to sept semesters ahhh. anyways after next sem I'll also be able to start applying! I heard the GPA is high but around 3.8. There's also a facebook group you could join also has a question about the declaration process. do you declare right before your final semester or after you've finished all your required courses ? fingers crossed hopefully you get in!!
