Applying for license in new state after discipline
Thank you for well thought out responses on this post. I am currently navigating BON's troubled waters and the level of anxiety it brings is rather nerve-racking. Reading from someone who's been there and done that makes it a tad lighter. Thanks again!

Board Ordered Psych Eval
Hi folks I cannot seem to find any psychiatrist willing to perform a board ordered psych evaluation. I have called and looked online but to no avail. One psychiatrist even told me him and his colleagues wouldn't because of the liability involved. I'm totally screwed and stressed... I even wrote to the board to see if they have a list of recommended places I could obtain one, they wrote back and said I have to find my own. I need recommendations... Please help!

License Suspension
Also for employment, self register with NHA to take the Certified Medical Assistant exam to work at Doctors offices/urgent care. It’s what you already know and the pay is not RN pay but close enough to LVN pay (if you know how to sell yourself) Hang in there, this too shall pass!

LSBPNE
If there are more stringent ways, LSBPNE will definitely employ. Keep us posted, praying for you.

Should I inform potential future employer about my past probation from BRN?
That was insightfully written! Thank you for sharing this. ??????

Should I inform potential future employer about my past probation from BRN?
As per the board regulation and order summary, you are mandated to show a copy of the entire book thrown at you to your potential employer.

I'm Tired & Weary, Why is This Profession So Cut Throat?
I totally understand and empathize with you beloved. I recent got a default order after being suspended for almost two years for allegations with no proof/evidence whatsoever. And my attorney, another sordid story! It is “GUILTY until proven GUILTY” and it’s such a shame that this will follow me everywhere I go for the rest of my career. I know someone talked about quitting altogether, I considered the option but my love for nursing wouldn’t allow that. It’s a shame!
