   Purchasing a car is a big thing. Try to practice more in an used car, so you can be good at traveling to patients' home or something that required to do as a community health nurse.

   Since you always have "other concerns", take AGACNP. Good luck on the AGPCNP application. After you move one more step, you will be fine. If you are interested in working with adults with chronic conditions, AGACNP or AGPCNP is the way to go.
