Proctor and Gamble Always Changing

Anyone order these? I ordered last year and I liked them alot. They opened up for orders Dec. 1st last year, so I sent to check recently and I couldn't get the order to work. I've emailed them twice and I keep getting an automatic reply about them getting alot of emails about the problem and will be getting back to me, but I never hear anything. Anyone able to order these yet this year?

    i had the same issue last week. i went back on late last week and everything seemed ok.

    Yep, I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago; they got back to me and said the issue would be fixed by the end of the week so I waited a week and retried and it still wasn't fixed for me. I emailed, and got the automated response.
