Hello all
I am getting ready to take my NCLEX RN exam for the 5th time on July 21st. I have used the Saunders Comprehensive Review book and also the Saunders Q&A. I looked over the Kaplan strategy book too! I feel that i am prepared but i also felt that way on previous test. I just hope everyone will keep me in their thoughts and and prays for my success.
I feel that if i dont pass this time this whole nursing thing just is not my calling, and i cant see myself taking it a 6th time!

I think the key is to diminish the anxiety to a comfortable level, seek help with a psychologist or an expert that can help you with that...I will pray for you

Dont' worry... Leave it all to God... He has mush better plans for us.
I know you are anxious but you must overcome it and try to cope up with it... The 5th time will drive you crazy but as what they have said, you must stay focus or else it will pull you down... I will pray for you and leave it all to God...
enjoy life for it's a gift and it should not be affected by any failures...Failures should help you become strong and not destroy you...and keeping you hoping for a better happenings in life...Keep trying and moving on...take care..

just try and stay calm, think positive thoughts, breathe and keep telling yourself "i can do this, i will be an rn, i am an rn".....if you need to, write it down on the pad they give you at the testing center....i will be testing for my 4th time in a few months and thats what i plan to do...i am hoping this will be the last time i take damn nclex....but please please don't give up! i wish you all the best!!!

Saying a prayer for you.... I found that it helped me to relax the day before the test instead of studying.... Kind of helped to calm me down...

Hi SugarPlum2003:
My prayer for you:
Father, I praise you, and love, and lift your name above all others. I ask for your forgiveness for my sins. God I thank you for SugarPlum2003. I thank you for her committment to your calling on her life. Father as she prepares for her exam, reveal to her the area that is hindering her from passing. Lead her as she takes the NCLEX this next time. Give her your insight as she answers every questions. In the name of Christ I pray. Amen.
Why don't you try Kaplan, NCLEX-RN, Strategies for the Registered Nursing Licensing Exam. Maybe you just need help with test taking skills. I have not taken NCLEX, but this book helped me understand how to breakdown questions.
God Bless You!! With a name as sweet as SugarPlum, you need to be a nurse.

You seem prepared and Saunders is THE BEST BOOK I've seen in order to prepare. Keep the faith and keep praying to God, You WILL PASS. Goodluck.
