PLEASE HELP! Help/Advice needed ASAP

I realize this is a bit unorthodox but is there currently a nurse online that could/would possibly message me? I have a pretty important question that I cannot seem to find or get a "straight" answer for. I would be very, very grateful. Thank you all in advance and Thank you all for helping to keep the Medical Community functioning! Without Nurses, I'm not sure it could operate!

Here is the situation/dilemma and the question:

34 yo Female presents with- Left leg pain for approx. 3 or 4 days (7/10-may or may not be related), Mild Nausea, Dizziness, Headache and "General unwell feeling" (including remarkable fatigue) the past 24 hrs. Less than an hour ago had a Fainting (Syncopal) Episode where she lost "consciousness" for almost/about 2 minutes (approx.) and seemed to be having difficulty being aroused initially.

Once she regained consciousness, her Pulse Rate was 104.

Past/Most Recent Health Issues include, but not limited to-

Elevated CK, Sed Rate (ESR) and Aldolase levels. Livedo Reticularis, Raynaud's Phenomenon, Proximal and Distal Muscle Weakness, etc. (Suspected Dermatomyositis- upcoming muscle biopsy to confirm or exclude)

My question is this: If she were to go to the ED (which we are trying to convince her to do), and initial tests don't/can't determine anything "immediately," do you think she would be admitted? Or what do you think the chances of her being admitted would be?

Again, I realize this is a bit unorthodox and I really greatly appreciate any help or advice.

Either way she needs to be evaluated.The loss of consciousness is very concerning!

I'd be surprised if she was not admitted...for the unexplained syncopal episode alone. But, the physicians are the ones to make that call. Get her there so that they can do just that.

It sounds like a possible admit to me, but she has the right to refuse and go home if she chooses to ...assuming she eventually makes it to the ED, at all.

I also forgot to mention that she has also been having episodes of leg swelling as well (wo injury, over/prolonged use, etc.)

I agree 1000% that she needs to be evaluated. Unfortunately, "Stuborness" is her biggest personality trait! The only reason I was able to get her to even consider it was if I was able to try and find out what she is "going to be up against." She has been known to have bouts of fairly significant anxiety when she is dealing with the unknown.

She needs to be seen. Seems like she doesn't want to be admitted. She will at least be put in observation.

No, she has an insane fear of doctors, hospitals in particular. However, like I said, she seems to do considerably better if she knows what she's up against more or less. Long story short, when I was 17 and she was 11, our Mom went in for outpatient surgery. Was told she would be out the same day, at home in time for dinner (it was just the 3 of us.) This is what she explained to us and what we understood. My Mom checked in at 7 am, had a stroke and died at 10:04 am. I now know the risks and complications associated with anesthesia and surgery in general but not so much way back then. But ever since then my sister has to always know what is going to happen, when it will happen and how it will happen as often as possible.

Without saying too much (because we aren't allowed to give medical advice and she isn't actually my patient) I would strongly suggest you bring her to the ED or at least to her PCP. Best of luck and I hope everything works out.

She is lucky to have someone like you care about her and be concerned.

As others have posted, we are unable to give any medical advice here.

Best to gain advice from someone who is medically competent and can evaluate her in person.
