You can pass or fail with any number between minimum and maximum.

Not necessarily, I know someone who went until 265 almost ran out of time BUT she PASSED.

I also know someone shut down at 75 BUT she FAILED.

So it doesn't matter which # you shut down.

They will look at the last 60 questions of your exam. It has to be above the passing standard line in order for you to PASS.

Running out of time is the hardest way to pass -- the person above is right. They will look at the last 60 questions and EVERY single answer must be above the passing line for you to pass. Even if only one answer is below the passing line -- you fail. Work on time management for testing if you do end up having to re-test.
