They both appear to be money making scams. They both promise that they can get you licensed as a nurse in Canada. Only the college of nurses in the province you have applied to can do that. They are making promises that they can't possibly fulfill. They mention getting you qualifications under the "Canadian Nursing Statutory Board". As far as I know there is no such board.
If you want to be licensed in Canada as a nurse you must apply through the college of nurses in the province that you wish to work in.That is the ONLY way to obtain a license. You also have to obtain a work visa or qualify for immigration.

Incorrect about IELTS is is a requirements by ALL provincial colleges is English is not your first language plus IELTS, as any other language test French or other English exams accepted by the Canadian government, is a requirements regardless if English is your first language
No guarantee that a Temp Work Permit will be issued as you need a employer to do that and most employers will require a pass in CRNE or eligibility to sit CRNE.
As mentioned by loriangel14 never heard of Canadian Nursing Statutory Board and most provinces have programs that International nurses can attend that assists with getting used to Canadian nursing

You should also be aware that offshore recruitment is dead. Priority is being given to locally educated new grads and experienced nurses.
You will only be able to migrate on your own merit NOT the actions of money making businesses.

I have attended one of there seminars, it turns out to be a good one because they will give all the information you want to know about canada process.
In response to your first statement "scams" i think you don't have the right in any way to question the said company unless you have gone with their office or talked to there program coordinators. i have been visiting consultancy offices but i never judge them right away.
Do you have any pending application with this company? anyways you can express your thoughts here. you were making up some of the things here...
do you have anything against this company???
Gud Day!
lol Which part was I "making up". They don't have the authority to do the things promised. Only the proper authorities in Canada can.
Only the provincial college of RN's can issue a license and that is once you have met requirements and passed CRNE. Only the Canadian government can issue work permits and PR and PR via the FSW is now capped unless you have a employer's letter offering employment. Lots of provinces now local nurses are struggling to find work never mind IEN's looking for PR or work permits.
They mention the "canadain Statutory Board" There is no such thing and they cannot do official assessments as they claim. Only the province you apply to can perform such assessments.
Silverdragon is quite correct in all of her information.
@Lorie: I think you need lots of readings to do :)... gudnyt

Checked the website given. Nursing Statutory Board in Canada? Is there such an organization?
And why do they have this "©CompanyName 2008-2009 All human and animal rights carefully reserved and preserved." near the bottom of the page. Sounds like it was made by someone who doesn't have an idea on what he's writing about. Maybe he meant to say something about a trademark and "All rights reserved". Looks shady. Animal rights. Haha
Decision is still up to you. If you trust this company then go ahead. But you may want to double check if they are really credible and also their record/proof of previous clients who made it successfully to Canada.
