Ok i have a few things going on with the same aide.
1. She makes sexual comments to everyone. And don't get me wrong i can joke around with everyone, but i was bending over to get meds out and she walked behind me and grabbed my butt. WEll i looked at her and said don't touch me like that again. And i blew it off. Well then i'm in the bathroom, the lock sticks so i don't lock it, but if the door is closed we know someone is in there. She knocks on the door, i say wait a minute and about two seconds later she tries to open the door. So as i'm sitting on the toilet i kick the door closed. she laughs and says i was just playing i wasn't going to open it. So again i blew it off. well another aide comes up to me the other day and says she's giving me the creeps, i said what's up she said she's smacked my butt a few times, and has walked in on my while i was in the bathroom. and she she looks at her through the crack in the door. then another RN comes up to me and said you are not going to beleive what so and so did, i said what she said we were standing at the nurses station getting report and out of no where she looks at her and says will you quit touching my butt. The rn said she wanted to die, she had no idea wher that comment came from. so i said enough is enough you guys are going to have to write this crap up, she's bordering on sexual harrassment. well the aide said she now follows her everywhere, and even switched classes in college to be in the same classes.
2. and the second problem would be her body odor. OMG she smells like armpit so bad. She leaves her scent where ever she goes. and it's bad, so bad i walked into the dictation room to get a book and almost puked, i had to get the air freshner out it smelled so bad.
so what do i do.

It's not "bordering on" sexual harassment, it IS sexual harassment. Report it to your supervisor immediately and use the words "sexual harassment".

Go to your manager ASAP. It sounds as if you are being sexually harassed. Most employeers have a zero tolerance toward this sort of behavior, but in order for something to be done, you need to speak up.

Oh wow. I would call human resources to deal with these issues. She doesn't sound safe to be working on the floor with patients. If she is that inappropriate with nursing staff can you imagine what she's like with patients behind closed doors?

amen to that i would report her right away... she sounds like a kook... and a stinky kook at that...
LOL you guys are quick, i just posted this lmao. TOO FUNNY. I've been really thinking about it, but when you go to someone about someone else they don't do anything about it, and to top it off they tell the person your complaining about that you said it, then you have to deal with that. Like write ups everyone is afraid to write it up because our boss brings the write ups to the person that is wrote up and lets them see it, and your name is on the dang thing. IT's wrong. anyway i will go say something about her because it's driving me nuts.

why don't you put your concern in writing, and see if anyone else will sign it also...
kind of like a petition to stop this craziness.
everyone needs to be on the same page.
and, it's not as embarrassing if there are sev'l signatures, vs a lone one.

As someone else said this doesn't border on sexual harassment, it is sexual harassment. It needs to be formally written up by all concerned parties and brought to a supervisors attention immediately. The supervisor can help to steer the complaints to the proper channel and human resources will have to be notified of the issues in question. You have the right not to be harassed where you work and this person needs to correct their actions or face being fired. Good luck!

PS: On a side note, perhaps its just me but reading your post was somewhat difficult due to the lack of punctuation and grammar mistakes. I'm not trying to be a stickler but if you don't mind skimming your thread before you post it, that way it will be easier for us to read.

There is something really wrong with that lady and that is scary she is a nurse's aide. It gave me the creeps just reading it.
I'm not posting to english teachers....... Besides i'm running on about 5 hours sleep in two days. I'm a 7p-7a nurse, don't get much sleep with 4 boys running around. So "run-on" sentences is what i'm best at without sleep, sorry
I'm sorry I didn't mean to sound like a jerk, I just had a hard time understanding what you wrote the first time and had to reread it a few times before I understood it.

Write an Occurance Report.
Everyone who has anything like this should also be writing them.
She needs to disciplened by the Manager & if no improvement, she needs to be terminated.
Nothing can change until these complaints get put into writing.
