NSU EntryBSN Program Fall 2010

no, i haven't received my package but admissions said it was mailed out on thursday, so maybe today! my email said that i'll receive mine in the coming weeks as well. about the payments according to my vip page for the winter term it's the following;

*acceptance fee, $500 due within 2 weeks of acceptance date

*deposit, $250 due 11/15

*deposit, $250 - as for the second 250.00 it doesn't state anything but i know we have to pay it maybe like 2-3 weeks prior to classes starting classes start 01/10/2011 = )

i have many questions too = ) the excitement doesn't let me stop thinking about it and about moving to davie/ft.laud area i live about 30 minutes away which it's the same distance if i were working so no i am not moving.

i am going to start buying stuff little by little such as the coats/scrubs and w/e i can buy already so that i won't be overwhelmed with the expenses. since i will only be working up to december.

well i'll let you guys know when i receive my admissions package...

Im waiting to hear from Baptist, a friend received a called today that she was accepted and will receive a letter by Wednesday!! exciting!

Marcy004 .. I just called Baptist and they told me I got in. If you want to know right away I say you call them. I couldn't wait anymore so I called - my heart was in my throat. Jerziana did the same & they told her she got in as well. Call them! Good luck!!

I was following the thread even though I did not apply yet. =)

I am thinking about applying for winter term 2011 and it is already nerve

wrecking since some people are already accepted. (Congrats again!!).

Anyway, I have a quick question.

What's the difference between main campus and satellite campus?

Everything is same but location??

I am living Vermont now, and I've never been Florida before...So I'm clueless.

Any advice will be appreciated. =)

thanks for the info! i saw the update on my vip page. did you pay already? do we send a check? or can we pay online? i agree- going to buy things little by little or at least save for it. i have 2000.00 saved- since nova has always been my dream school. also, any suggestions as to where one could live? do you rent? since i considering moving...

giggles, you need to make a 500 deposit to confirm you seat along with the intent to enroll form, every other payment can be made online..... once you receive your sharklink id. also after you make your payment you will be notified to do a certified background check and upload your immunizations oh and you need health insurance either your own or with nsu... however since you are starting in january you have more than enough time for this... so no worries.. i received my packet about a week after my email. everything as far as housing and paperwork will be included. you will be receiving emails on your webstar account and stuff like that so look out for that.. also make sure that you fill out your fafsa asap.... again congrats... we have been through this road since day 1 and now look even though we are not starting alongside each other but we will end up with our dreams.... sharks till the end!!! congrats again[/quote

congrats on your acceptance for the scholars!! not that long ago we were crying and doubting the idea of ever being a shark and now you are on top of the world! super excited for you. enjoy.

i can't assess my wedstar account. any suggestions? also, the intent to enroll form was included in the package along with your sharklink id? i attempted to assess my sharklink id online but says the id and pin are invalid?...

any ideas? thanks for the other info. my fafsa is filled out and i already added them to the application.
