:grn: Wow....really! You need to explain to him what a "clinical situation" is. Does your bf get upset when you get your annual gyno exam??? Or does he not even know what goes on?? Show him your textbook and or other clinical material related to peri-care and let him read it and he should come around.

Does your bf get upset when you get your annual gyno exam???

Just curious what's gyno exam???

I can't do anything but shake my head at this post. I couldn't imagine anyone being jealous about something like that... and I couldn't even imagine comparing an old man's junk with my boyfriends or ever thinking hey this old dude is packing heat wish my boyfriend was... ***? SERIOUSLY... you must be young, that's all that I can say. I am just surprised that you even posted something like this. I HOPE that this is a joke.

Just curious what's gyno exam???

SERIOUSLY??? What is a gyno? Really???

I must have missed the "What is gyno?" thing...

I really hope this is a guy asking this....

I really hope this is a guy asking this....

but what if it isn't? lol ewwwwwwwww sad really. whether its a male or female.

Lol... this thread reminds me of that person who asked would her teenaged daughter be required to clean old men's memberes...omg the horror!! ::rolls eyes::

Seriously..if you cant handle cleaning someone else, than healthcare is not the field for you.

I really hope this is a guy asking this....

I'm a girl. And the reason I ask that question is b/c that term is new to me and it's the first time I heard it. And I usually get in a habit of asking for clarification for something I dont understand, in this case that's all. I dont mean to sound dumb or anything, honestly! I think it's ok to ask question if we dont understand what's mean b/c that's how we learn new term.

Now I know what a gyno exam is, another word is pelvic exam and it's only for female. By the way, I never had a gyno exam before that's why I dont know what it mean at first.

let's make it three morons lol... Carrie, The Boyfriend and the "What is gyno" person. lol

We're in healthcare field so let's talk and act professional guys! No need to making fun or insulting ppl at all!!

You're right. There's sort of an unwritten expectation here that you attempt to find information like that on Google, etc. before asking the allnurses. But you didn't know that. . . so to pile on and call you a moron--not a very friendly welcome!
