Hey, I need some ADVICE!!!
My husband and I just moved back from Florida to Alabama. I just graduated from LPN school in Jan. of 06. But pay here in this part of Alabama, really stinks!
I became a nurse because I wanted to be a Nurse practitioner at least an RN work in critical areas of nursing. So, back to school now working for my BSN (which i only need 8 more classes) So my goal next Aug starting the BSN program. My husband doesn't work now and just makes money here and there no sure thing. I am going to school full time and working full time. Well, my husband thinks I should just get my ASN (which there probably is a wating list at) because it is quicker and right now I don't make enough money. But, my heart is set on my BSN at Auburn and that is what I want to do even if it takes 1/2 a year or longer to complete. What should I do? I could do both, I know, but I want to go to Auburn and receive a good education. I hope this made sense, please give me some advice....Anything would help, save me from some agruements. Thanks!
