You don't. It's available online only. You can download NCLEX-4000 which is basically the same thing only with ~500 more questions.

Is there a way to see the rationales as you take this? I took it the other day but hate that during the test you just do the questions and then once finished it tells you the correct answer. Is that possible with this program?

Yes, use the review mode.

Im not its possible with that program, but there are plenty of others out there with more capabilities. You can try some apps such as NCLEX Mastery and NCSBN's NCLEX review

I think mobile apps are starting to get capabilities that PC software and textbooks will never have. Def time to go mobile, although some are terrible, like ATI's app, saunders app, and kaplan's app.
