nclex-rn

hi everyone, i took my nclex yesterday and got over 180 questions. has anyone ever had this many questions and passed??? this is my second time taking the exam and i am sorta bummed out by this. i really tried hard and studied forever!!!! not to mention that i am 8 months pregnant!!! please give me some words of encouragement. thanks to all of you.:monkeydance: :(

Just because you had to answer 180 questions DOES NOT mean you failed. I went to school with some RN's who tested out with more than 75 questions, and, they passed. And some tested out at 75 and ended up failing the NCLEX. It all depends on how well you answered the questions.

How about an older nurse that took nclex as a written exam over 2 days giving you encouragement just because you took the test a second time and while you were pregnant. I was pregnant during my first year and had to take a year off due to a c-section in mid august and then finished the second year two years later. Things happen in life, maybe you were just destined to get your license when the perfect job was available.

Oh yeh, nurse for almost 15 years and loving most every minute of it.

Yes, I've heard about that! God!!!!! 2 days and hand written. How exhausting that would have been! I can only imagine the stress!

thank you guys for the support...i really appreciate it. almost everyone in my class passed with 75..with the exception of a few girls who passed at 118, 123, 125...other than that...2 girls got the full 265..and passed..so i am the lonely one who has yet to pass...oh well, today is my birthday and i am not letting this get me down...not today...thanks again!
