My apoligy ..

I would like to give my sincere apoligy to the public - both to the daily writers to the visitors. To those who are here everyday with me posting and replying as well as those who pop in and out every once and a while.

I made a statement today that was out of line and it was/is against the Terms and Conditions of this board. To those who know what I am talking about I want to apoligize. There is no justification of my actions and I am sorry.

My intentions were not to ever lash out at someone; rather to voice an opinion in which many agreed with. From here on, I will watch myself and make sure I speak on my behalf and triple think/read over what I write before I post.

Again, my apoligy. Have a great day .. :o

My BIGGEST flaw is that I usually open my mouth before I put my brain in gear. Speaking from your heart combined with being blunt (such as I am) can be a lethal combination, esp. in a forum like this where everything is written and ppl can't see your "non-verbals" or even hear the tone in which you're speaking. Hence, the edit button being a good friend to me.

I commend you on having the guts to appologize and put yourself out there...

Looking forward to more of your open and honest, yet less "critical" (for lack of a better word) posts!! :D

Good for you, Michael.......it's not easy to admit when we're wrong, but it sure feels good to come clean, doesn't it? I had to serve myself a well-deserved piece of humble pie today as well, as I said some things last night *I* shouldn't have either. (See Dolphin777's recent entries, and you'll know why I'm:imbar .)

All of which just goes to prove, people are never too old to be fools, and I just thought it might make you feel a little better to know you're not the only one whose fingers sometimes operate independently of their brains!!:eek:

I just wanted to say I appreciate when a person realizes he/she is wrong and apologizes for it sincerely.

Ah well, these things go in cycles...we get lots of flaming posts/threads and then things calm a while. Its just one of those things.

First of all the above linked thread is still on the board and was not deleted by the mod...

I am just quoting what was said, to point out irony...It's funny when someone is telling us he is above being banned, and then his comments lead to a thread closing (only happened to me once in two years :p)

Besides, I agree somewhat w/ the sentiment that a good discussion often contains some heat, that's all...

Because it was swarming in namecalling level, and by me quoting it, my post would also have to be edited to delete what was in it due to the TOS. Wasn't worth it.

And i'm over it. Finding another thread with a better debate besides what other people are doing wrong. :D
