I'm 58, semi-retired, working in a 'Level 2' nursery.

I am not yet 50, but I am just curious of how you are preparing for your retirement which will be in 15 years. What advices would you give to younger nurses?

Ethel

Lots of over 50 in my facility.

And they do a great job!
