I'm working with a seasoned CNA and for the most part it's been great. However when it comes to personal care especially peri-care. I get sushed out of the room by a couple of the residents. While I'm all for residents rights; it's getting differcult to get the experience nessessary.
I do think I've gained the trust of one of the residents but a couple of the others have drawn a line in the sand to so to speak.
Any ideas or comments?
