After probably 150 applications, I FINALLY got a call for an interview today! I don't know a single contact in a hospital, I did my clinicals and went to school 800 miles away, every single application I've submitted has been ignored up until now. It's such a sign of the times that I'm this excited about an interview. Not a job offer, just an actual face to face meeting with someone that is interested in hiring me as an RN.
It's not a hospital, it's no where near the specialty that I am most interested in, but it IS experience. Please, please, please let this interview go well. I'm 30 years old, and have never been this nervous for an interview before.

GOOD LUCK!
Experience is experience is what I tell myself when I am applying to jobs that if the market was better I would not even be considering!

Goodluck to you!
The interview was cancelled. 150 applications and not a single interview. Back to feeling like I have absolutely zero worth or anything to contribute to society....
Oh, so sorry to hear this! {{{Bobbkat}}}
