Interview

i don't like unfriendly interviews. i'm sorry.

1. i would answer "yes" (assuming you have) but don't be specific. maybe she has friends there and wants to know what they think. what you want to tell her is "yes, and my first choice is here, because......"

2. a team is group of people working together towards a common goal. each team needs a leader in order for the work to be done efficiently and with good communication.

3. i think she wants to know you are a balanced individual. i would say even if they are not things you do "all the time" you can still say, i love to hike/volunteer at the soup kitchen/surf, whatever.

you know what questions i hated? the what is your weakness and what is your strength?

1. What a weird question! Would have to just answer honestly. (truly wonder if it is legal!)

2. Glee gum said it perfectly. The old... "there is no i in team".... is ancient! Is the manager as well?

3. Have had a zillion interviews... never came across that question.... but I'm pretty sure it's not sex, drugs and rock and roll.

Don't forgot "what do you know about us"and "why do you want to work here"?

1. honestly, on that first question i'm a bit stun i've never been asked or ask such question to my future employees.

2. taking care of each others back with one purpose and goal in mind, to deliver the highest caliber of nursing care.

3. i love spending time with my family and friends, plus i'm a volunteer for meals on wheels.

another one that is asked frequently is... where do you see yourself in 5yrs. from now?

plus i would add, two other frequently ask questions, what is your best strength? and your weakness? think about the answers of those two just in case they come up.

Yes the whole no I in team was kind of cliche. Secondly it madethe other candidate stand out over me which didn't feel that great:( buy this is a learning experience and I know I will be more confident for next time.

Bizarre - sounds to me like the interviewer was not really competent. Interviews should focus on job qualifications & consist of questions designed to uncover those. This is not the place to connect with your new bff. Interviews should never include questions about personal issues/situation. Years ago, I worked in an organization (not faith-based) where the CEO liked to ask people about their religious beliefs & practices when he was interviewing them.... YIKES!!! I was always surprised that no one had lodged a complaint against him.

Srsly "no I in team"??? was the interviewer trying to find out how many cliches and bumper stickers you could remember? I would have responded "yes, that may be true - but you certainly couldn't have a T E A M without "M E" ​LOL - feel free to use that one next time.

Would You please give me specific answer who would be leader in hospital multidisplinary team? please!!
