Feelings are unreliable, let your head run the show on this one.... if you power through it and then do end up working at taco-whatever, you are only out a few hours and you still will have maximized your options when the next nursing shortage comes and when better non-nursing opportunities come.
Just one more lap.... ignore what you feel about it and just do it anyway. Or pick a shorter goal, like blasting away one section or for two hours and not thinking about the other sections or what you will do in the morning.
OP hang in there. I have two more exams, 4 more clinicals, a few days of community services and home health and a 15 page paper to write. Some days I don't even feel like getting out of bed let alone studying. Just offer yourself rewards on a daily basis for studying. That is what I do. If I study for an hour then I get to watch law and order or something.
So far as jobs... Start looking now. There are places hiring, trust me.
I gots one more test before the final and I'm having a hard time trying to get in the mood to study for it..... Really, whats the point? I'm 4th sem, one more test, one more final and I'm done. Then what, get my RN lic and work at burger king, no not burger king, dell taco; I've always liked dell taco... ooohhhh jack in the box is good too!no jobs = LAME = FAIL
Well, got a 96 on my test.... just got the final to do...
Think I'll trade my RN jack in the box job in for a RN cheesecake factory job... mmmmmmmmm cheesecake
