Hurry up and wait

This waiting game for NCLEX results is horrible! Why can they not give us our grades right now? Why must we wait? Does they want to know how bad we want it and check how many times we checked the BRN in one hour or how many times we try to submit a payment to reregister on Pearson Vue just so we can make sure we keep getting the good pop up!? I think I've done each of those over 40 times today and I still don't know if I passed or not. I got the good pop up. My interim permit went from active to "canceled" and my initial RN exam is still pending/open. Now I'm just checking the board of registered nursing for my name pop up with the title RN next to it with your license number. Until then I cannot rest, I cannot sleep, I cannot eat, I cannot think.

    what does interim permit mean? Where can I find it? I'm also trying to get the result from pv bcs the quick result is not available in Canada . I got a good pop up from pvt . Kindly explain to me pls. Thanks a lot

    hi. The interim permit allows you to work under the direct supervision of an RN for 6 months before taking the nclex. However, if you take the nclex (pass or fail) your interim permit is no longer valid. You apply for the interim permit at the time you send in your application in. No biggie. You don't need an interim permit. If you had one you would know about it because you pay $50 for it.

    CONGRATS............I just found out that I passed also. 48 hours was pure hell for me I couldn't eat or sleep, I just prayed and meditated.I am still in shock that I am actually a RN. I worked so hard to get here.

    Question for all. If I take the exam on a thursday, will I get quick results on saturday? Or monday? Do 48 hours apply on weekends?
