How confident are you that you'll be accepted into one of the schools you applied to? If you are at all unsure about whether or not you'll get in, I would apply to a couple more. You can always turn them down, but if they turn you down then it's going to be a long wait for the next round of applications.
I'll be applying for two - one BSN and one ADN.
I only have to take two additional classes to apply for the BSN and the program would only take one semester longer than if I were to go into the ADN program.
There is one other program in my area but it's a private school and out of my price range :)
I only applied to one ABSN program. It was the only ABSN programs with the least amount of prerequisites required in my area.
You should try to apply for one than one TRUST ME! I did the same thing a couple of months ago and was denied by that one school. That school took in 60 people. That left me scrambling to apply to other programs. But I did get accepted to a different absn program and am starting in the fall, and this one only took in 36 people. You never know:p
Please apply to more than one school! I realized my mistake for just applying at one school, but I got a lot of advice from this website:nurse: and was told to apply to more than one school. I was told to apply for ASN/BSN schools and whoever accepts me first go for it. The more schools you apply I believe there is a good chance you will get accepted to one or more; you never know.:)

I thought about applying to ADN programs, but I dont like how they want ACT/SAT scores, I have over sixty college credits, I dont see why I would have to take those tests again. Then ADN programs also have those long waiting list.

I dont know how confident Iam about getting in. It really depends on how many people are applying to these programs.

Hi, I'm just curious as to how many programs everyone is applying to. I'm only applying to two BSN nursing programs. I feel like I should apply to at least two more programs, but I will have to apply to out of state programs for that. I hate how some programs in my state I would have to take an extra semester or two worth of classes or they only take very few students. Its really limiting my options.
