What does the rest of the letter state?

If a letter of inactivity, it means that nothing has been going on with your account. Did you submit the proof of passing the English exams as of yet? Looks like they have verification from Saipan and you have applied for the VSC, but do not have anything else.

Cgfns said that im still lacking the IELTS exam... so it means that I must forward my english exam to them in order to complete my VSC?

Just request the British Council or IDP Australia to forward your results to ICHP.

It usually only takes them 2 weeks to verify you IELTS results upon receipt and they issue you the VSC Certificate and have it couriered to you.

VISASCREEN REQUIREMENT RECEIPT PROBLEMS!!

I submitted all my visascreen requirements to CGFNS last month. I am very, very sure that I submitted ALL and PAID the dues ($448 ka-ching!)..I am expecting that all will be fine and hassle-free then just yesterday I received a CGFNS INACTIVITY NOTICE regarding my PENDING requirements ( school transcript, diploma, photos) which are all in one package (i sent it thru courier, and it cost me a lot of cash to process those credentials, had to bribe,err give some "snacktreats" to the registrar to speed up the processing. The License verification was sent by the licensing body (i was informed that they sent it already to CGFNS), and also the request letter for NCLEX result from BRN cali. Only my IELTS result went through (how i wish all requirements are sent electronically like this). I checked the tracking number of my courier and it was received by CGFNS. I've got the online CGFNS application, which I BELIEVE is faster and problems-free. I was wrong..

Now the issues are: WORST CASE SCENARIO: ALL MY DOCUMENTS ARE LOST IN THE CIRCULATION WITH THE REST OF CHRISTMAS CARDS AND LOADS OF CRAP.Is this NORMAL and EXPECTED from CGFNS that problems arises in the receipt of requirements? I made sure that I submitted ALL of it. I am literate enough to write the correct address duh? Are they checking their mailboxes or it's just the lame mailman lost in translation. Do they update their website as well as the status of everyone with CGFNS online account? And oh, the line is busy or did they just hang up the fone..

CGFNS don't have a great telephone service. It does take time to get them to show all documentation so we usually give a 4 month window on average before they issue you a VSC. When you sent your documentation, school transcripts etc, did you send via a registered courier or ordinary post?

If you have a receipt/proof of delivery, I suggest fax it to them with a cover letter. And then ring a couple of days later.

They are way behind their mail, one of my bits turned up months later.

Be patient when you ring them it takes easily 30 min until you can talk to an operator, if you have problems you can ask for a supervisor.

Thru courier. So I assume that all my documents were received but not been checked?

Yes it can still take a couple of weeks from courier to showing in your account. I had stuff I knew they had and it never showed on account just one day turned to sent etc

But it's been a month now since I sent those douments. I think CGFNS is lame at handling things.
