Hey sjgc, what is the email add of CGFNS for complaints and inquiries regarding documents and requirements. I am also having some problems with it. thanks. You can get this directly on their website. But you are not having any problems with anything at this time as it is normally four months to get the VSC, not just a month as you have mentioned in your other posts. Rule of the wise, it is always best to just coast thru then to cause undo attention to your account, this could cause things to move slower for you. And this is true with anything. You never want to draw extra attention to your file when there is no reason to. For all you know, they can already have things and your update to your account just slipped by. I would most definitely not do a thing at this time. The VSC is only valid for five years, chances are that you will need to redo it in most cases before visas will be available.

Five months. But my IELTS result already went through.

I already confirmed it with the courier service, it's the US parcel service; I checked the tracking number of my mail and it said that is was already received. As with the PRC, I was told that they already sent it to CGFNS. No document was left unchecked by me. I am checking my online account everyday and still to no avail, only the IELTS was updated, the rest were still "waiting to be received" which was VERY DISAPPOINTING!! As with the BRN, I didn't yet call them up regarding my NCLEX passing result to be sent by them to CGFNS. BUT I STILL HAVE (little) FAITH WITH CGFNS-VISASCREEN. I will still give them another 2-3 weeks to either update my visascreen status or face my wrath!! *_*

HELP ALLNURSES ADVISERS!! VISASCREEN REQUIREMENT RECEIPT PROBLEMS!! I submitted all my visascreen requirements to CGFNS last month. I am very, very sure that I submitted ALL and PAID the dues ($448 ka-ching!)..I am expecting that all will be fine and hassle-free then just yesterday I received a CGFNS INACTIVITY NOTICE regarding my PENDING requirements ( school transcript, diploma, photos) which are all in one package (i sent it thru courier, and it cost me a lot of cash to process those credentials, had to bribe,err give some "snacktreats" to the registrar to speed up the processing. The License verification was sent by the licensing body (i was informed that they sent it already to CGFNS), and also the request letter for NCLEX result from BRN cali. Only my IELTS result went through (how i wish all requirements are sent electronically like this). I checked the tracking number of my courier and it was received by CGFNS. I've got the online CGFNS application, which I BELIEVE is faster and problems-free. I was wrong.. Now the issues are: WORST CASE SCENARIO: ALL MY DOCUMENTS ARE LOST IN THE CIRCULATION WITH THE REST OF CHRISTMAS CARDS AND LOADS OF CRAP.Is this NORMAL and EXPECTED from CGFNS that problems arises in the receipt of requirements? I made sure that I submitted ALL of it. I am literate enough to write the correct address duh? Are they checking their mailboxes or it's just the lame mailman lost in translation. Do they update their website as well as the status of everyone with CGFNS online account? And oh, the line is busy or did they just hang up the fone.. God bless America and everything else..

Yes, I had my CES done by the BON but I think I will repeat the same process all over again. Because it reads here in the vsascreen form that I have to submit some school credentials and license certificate confirmation. Can I ask for more questions? Is it better to just choose the online application for visascreen?

I am currently processing my visascreen requirements. I plan to work in Nevada, passed the NCLEX and IELTS. One of the questions in vsascreen form (12) is what U.S visa I plan to obtain (H1B, H1C, 212r, Tn, Green card). I admit I am 'newbie' with regards to immigration stuffs. Dont know the difference and what to choose. And can I ask my school and the license authority to just let me be the one to mail the requirements all at once to CGFNS? It will be a save of mailing cost and time. Can you help me on this matter? Thank you.

I believed that I also got into top 20 in the last june 2007 nursing licensure examination. I averaged 85.4 and the 10th placer got 85.8, (a .40 difference). Did anyone get an average in between these averages, say 85.6 or 85.7? Pls PM me. I really want to know my ranking, just to get rid of my uncertainties and well, for peace of mind. Since when did the PRC change their policy in giving certificates for the top 20? When I was a student, I was told of top 13 or even top 20 from our school. I believe that those who got averages "post-top 10" should also be recognized by the PRC; considering the number of examinees and those who passed, getting into top 20 is an accomplishment. A certificate would suffice for this, nevertheless of the large number of examineers who landed on the top 20. This is very useful for employment purposes, considering the number of job seekers; competition is fierce. It is important to have the edge and not just "one of the passers" ^_^ Anyone who also has this problem, you can PM me.
