I basically have to take the lower level Micro for it to count ugh

I am waiting for the school to evaluate my transcript and I'm also concerned about my micro class. What kind of micro class was it other than it was a 3000 level class?

I took it at UF. It is called MCB3020. It's the higher level Micro for non micro majors.

I'm applying to UCF/USF/UF/FSU/UNF second degree BSN program and they all accept the course. I want to do HCC bc of the cost but idk if it will work out because it's a community college which doesn't usually (key word) accept 3000/4000 level classes.

That's pretty lame they won't take it. Mine is a general microbiology course, but it's only 3 credits. I'm hoping I will only have to take the lab at the very most. Advisor said students have done that plenty of times in the past but I have to write a letter to the Dean about it.

A letter to the dean?!

Yes. Basically asking permisson to take only the lab for credit? Hopefully by next week they have evaluated all my transcripts and I'll know more. They only received them yesterday..

Oh no Analgesic, they told you now it's not going to count. That's really messed up, don't give up. When the results come out if they didn't count it, there is an appeals process that you can challenge the micro class.

I am so over this waiting, really I am. I have been finding anything and everything to keep my mind preoccupied and not think about this. We are almost there, I keep trying to tell myself what's two more weeks....it's everything to my sanity!!!! I have to say I am really proud of all of us, our efforts and accomplishments to get to this point is not something I take lightly. We worked super hard to get here; the easiest challenges should not be easy.

Hoping we could prolly know by October 3rd Monday

I was thinking that's when they would send it too.

But I did see someone say they were told by an advisor that we would know BY October 1st

These said the first week of October I still have the email. So we want know exactly in October first I'm thinking by October 8th fingers crossed for the 1st.
