got my first pair of scrubs

So I just got my first pair of scrubs! I'm a big guy so I had to buy a big size. I have to chuckle that when I look down I feel like I'm wearing a giant bed sheets or something but when you look in the mirror you are like "oh, they fit fine" this is going to take some getting used to lol.

(I didn't put this in the scrubs section because I was just making a humorous observation)

Well, if you aren't going to post a photo, at least tell us what color!

Carribbean is a nice color. Did you get to choose, or was the color required for your program or job?

I got to choose, there is no requirement other than having scrubs, outside of that you can have any color, design, pattern etc. I'm about to start the LNA program on Tuesday, and I start my nursing prerequisites in the summer :) things are coming together but I still feel like a big blob in these scrubs lol.

I just thought about it.. I'm 6'6 225. What's the outlook for me finding scrubs in a large tall? 😂

I'm 6 foot 3 and much fatter than that lol, and the scrubs I posted actually fit great :D

Ahh elastic.......how I love you!

I think you need a print with teddy bears. Cute.

You think you look like a blob in scrubs..try being the opposite end of the height/weight spectrum..LOL.

Standing under 5 feet tall and 'tipping' the scales at 100lbs makes finding scrubs just as difficult. I feel your pain..I really do :)

My issue is that because I have a bit of a stomach it's like I have an umbrella at the waist lol.

Feeling like a blob is the main reason why I don't wear solid scrub tops. I have an adequate weight/height proportion, but I don't like how I look in a matching top and bottom. I think it looks good on everybody but me.

From the front I look okay, but if you look at me from the side you can see how the scrub top flares out at the bottom because of my stomach.
