Great Job!!! I just passed NC2 last week. Haven't really started studying for NC3 yet. Are you already enrolled in excelsior? I was told it would take them up to a month to get everything done, so i figured I had enough time to take a week off. I am hoping though to be done with exams by the end of summer. Don't know if that is a realistic goal or not.

Good for you! I know it's stressful. The first few tests I would get terrible headaches from staring at that computer screen but I got used to it after awhile.

How long is each class taking you? I was thinking of doing excelsior just would like some feed back on the way it works. Can the ADN be done in six months?

Yes I am enrolled. A friend and I are doing it together and we take about 6wks per test. We both feel we could be doing it a bit quicker up until now we have been having only one study night per week. Now with summer here we plan to study 2 nights a week our goal is 1 per month which is very doable. She had already ordered and signed with rue but what we have found is rnstudygroup and nontradnurses both at yahoo has all the notes you need. So we use the free EC content guide and google what we don't know and the seth test and notes on rnstudygroup and nontradnureses and that is all we need. We google a lot. If we dont completely understand it we google it. What has also worked kind of nice for us is it seems what she doesn't get I do and what I don't get she does so we teach eachother. Teaching is an awesome way to learn. Anyway the EC content guide tells you what will be on the test it is pretty straight forward. Thank God for the internet it is the best learning tool. Thanks for all the well wishes.

MedicGram-
Try Fluids & Electrolytes made Incredibly Easy. I thought it was really helpful for NC2. (got an A) If you decide to get it though, don't pay full price. Check the libraries and ebay and amazon.com. You can save yourself some coin. I think the hardest thing in that exam for me was the whole compensation thing. But once I got it, it stuck! Keep plugging. You can do this.
-thanks, I have that book and just about every other one you can think of...I better get busy!
LOL :)
