finally did the test

So i finally did the nclex yesterday and it was horrible, nothing like what i expexted almost certain i failed. The computer gave me 265 questions and i answered the last one with under 30 seconds on the clock.

I rushed the last 70 question because i was running out of time. honestly i can recall not reading one of the questions in that stretch, just chose an answer.

I sat there for 6 hours no break and still almost ran out of time, 2 answers were always so close on priorites. This is the only test i have done in my life where i felt hopeless throughout the test. After 200 questions i was done mentally, just have to study harder next time.

I don't know your knowledge or confidence level, or how long you've been preparing. But i would personally reschedule and use 2 weeks to finish UWORLD and do another light review of it just to solidify everything.

However, If you're confident in yourself though, by all means go for it, NCLEX questions are very basic, try not to over think them. Pace yourself throughout the exam, try and bring snacks.

The exam is very doable especially if you're a domestic student from what i understand.

Did you try PVT?

No havnt tried yet.. Had a friend that got charged and they passed. Just playing the waiting game I guess. Wondering why it is taking so long to hear?

I heard anecdotally that had you failed you would have received your CPR. Keep in mind that PVT is 99 percent acurate after 24 hours. Most people who got charged and pass did the trick before 24hrs.

Good luck!:)
