Just passed both my FCCA finals last night/this morning! Merry Christmas to me!! And to All of You!!

Managing Multiple Patients / Working with Interdisciplinary Teams at 11:39pm and Head-to-Toe Assessment and Nursing Process at 4:27am

Now I just need 3 humanities credits (cake- thinking History of Rock and Roll lol) and CPNE to graduate, and I will be a first gen grad! Been out of practice officially for a few years, but I think I get more than enough "clinical time" with my hubby, lol...

I am taking LS 3 on Wednesday so that I can make the cut off for FCCA on January 4. That only gives seven days between LS 2 and LS 3 exam so it’s a bit stressful but I really need to get this done before my kids are old enough to miss me. So far LS 3 does not look too bad but then again, I thought the same for LS 1 and it kicked my butt. LS 2 looked challenging but I made it and LS 3 looks like a lot of stuff I deal with as a medic. I don’t want to be presumptuous but I plan to pass LS 3 and take both FCCA’s at the same time. I don't know anything about the FCCA, there is very little information out there. Even the Excelsior web site has very little posted. I hope I am not biting off more than I can chew? PM me at [email protected] if you have any insight or want a study buddy. I am a voracious reader and will be studying 10 hours a day until Wednesday when I take the exam.

I'm in the same boat! I'm pulling a couple all nighters this week to bust out LS 2 (Wednesday) and LS 3 (on Friday). I'm hoping I can register immediately after passing LS 3. I am really confused about what exactly the FCCA is.... I would have better luck finding Jimmy Hoffa than finding info about the FCCA. I don't want any help with it, but an idea of what exactly this thing is would be helpful. Oh well, I will find out soon enough!
