Does this mean I passed?

Hi everyone,

I just took my finished my NCLES four hours ago and logged into PEARSON VUE and got this pop up: "our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time."

Does this mean I passed? Just want a confirmation from those that tried it. My heart is pounding so hard right now I don't know how I can get through the night!

48 hours TOO LONG??!!!!!! :roflmao: sheesh... back in the olden times we waited 6 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In Virginia we don't have quick results. I took my nclex on a Friday thinking that Monday I would have my results. What I didn't realize was that Monday was a holiday and I'd have to wait till Tuesday. I did the Pearson view trick and it worked for me. I passed.

I am not criticizing but the quick results are unofficial

The are the results they send to the Board of Nursing you apply to. Meaning if the test determined you passed, then PearsonVue reports to the BON of the passing status, as well, if the test determined you failed, then PearsonVue reports to the BON of the failing status.

They are 'unoffical' because PearsonVue isn't the licensing agent, the BON is. If your quick results say pass..then you passed. If it says you failed..you failed. I have never read about anyone getting a quick result of passing only to have the State say nope you failedor vice versa.

I've been through both NCLEX-PN and NCLEX-RN, I've had many, many cohorts during my two sets of schooling as well as knowing many, many others from different schools as far back as 2005 thru present and no one has ever gotten a result from the Quick Result and got the opposite news from the BON.

The problem I'm having right now is I don't know what to believe. Some members here stated that Maryland BON put all student names on their board with the word pending until they passed the NCLEX then changed it to active with the license number, and some members said they only put the name of the students that passed NCLEX on the BON, so I still have no clue if I truly passed or not. I can't celebrate, I can't tell my family I passed, I can't sit still because I'm a nervous wreck. Couldn't eat or sleep last night due to nerve. If anyone that knows how Maryland BON works please let me know so I can finally sleep well at night.

Talk about being on pins and needles. I can't even imagine waiting that long......thank god, time have changed.

Check on nursys.com an click on license verification. Usually on this website before BON

I tried that, nothing came up but there was a disclaimer that the BON of that state has to participate in nursys.com in order to work. So crossing my fingers. I'll know by tomorrow.

I took the test on Monday too and finished with 75 questions. I got a good pop up ("Our records indicate..."). Good luck to you!!! Hopefully we will know the results tomorrow.

I just checked the CTS website and it says that I passed. I am so so happy and relieved...
