On the application aren't all the questions separated? So like it will ask for school on the first question, then the course name and number, and then for the next question it will ask the term that you took it, and next question will be like grades or credits. I don't think you have to put it all on one line I think. I'm not 100% bc I'm basing it off a sample application from Spring 2020.

I actually made a mistake... it's in the "Program Materials" section of the CalState Apply application. They ask you to enter your TEAS score, then below that the information on your prereqs. There are text boxes and you're supposed to put it all on one line. From the application:

The Nursing department requires that students complete the following battery of courses by fall prior to starting in the Spring. In order to ensure each course meets the CSULB requirement, please enter the following for each pre-requisite:

Name and number of the course

Term when it was completed or you plan to complete it

Grade received, if in progress, please enter "In Progress"

Example: BIOL 201, Microbiology Lecture & Lab, Fall 2020, In Progress

Hey guys, I finished up micro a week ago, but grades are still unofficial, so I haven't applied to the school yet. Do you know how soon we need to send out official transcripts/if it matters that my micro is still unofficial? Thanks!

You only send official transcripts when the school asks you to, which should be after you get your conditional admission.

I think you should be able state the class as "in progress" on Cal State Apply. The supplemental application is where you should have all of the official grades.

You can apply twice. ?

I actually have a question about this! I applied to CSULB's SON twice already for the traditional basic BSN program way back then. I am currently attending an ADN program and will be graduating in 2021 and am interested in applying for the ADN to BSN program. I was wondering if I would still be eligible to apply since it is for a different program or if the two time application rule would still apply in my case? I'm not sure who to contact about this since the last time I applied -----------------  was their admissions coordinator. I'm not sure if she is still working there.

Hello,

I was in the same position too, but am now applying as a second degree seeker to the traditional BSN program. When I emailed to confirm this in June of 2019, I was told that you get two times to apply under each category of student you are to each program type. I tried contacting recently since I am applying now, but I have yet to receive any response. I am under the impression that it still remains the same. I would suggest reaching out to nursing if you can, and see if you have any luck with them responding. If so, can you update on the forum? Hope this helps!

Thanks!

I knowwwww! It’s been the 7 days ???

@ICUDreaming I haven't submitted the nursing application yet. We do need our CSULB ID to apply.

I'm assuming that they're processing it then since none of us have heard anything from them. I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't the only one.
