What song do you sing in your head while doing CPR?

I find your lack of breathing....disturbing. (In my best James Earl Jones voice.)

OMG this is funny! I only recently heard this song, gathered I was probably the last one on the planet to know it existed. Was ok with not ever knowing it lol but it's a cute way to remember the tempo for non-healthcare providers (and I guess healthcare providers that can keep the humming in their heads!)

Years ago I learned Stayin' Alive if you were afraid of letting it slip out and Another One Bites the Dust if you knew you could keep it in your head and not on your lips. Safer with Baby Shark lol!

In reality, during codes I just watch the cardiac monitor to see what my compressions look like.

Donna Summers....She Works Hard for the Money

According to my first CPR class as a nursing student many moons ago...Depending on your optimism, Staying Alive or Another One Bites the Dust...

TBH have never done on an actual adult, just babies and they have a different rhythm...

Oh my gosh--the AHA made a playlist on Spotify with CPR-appropriate songs that are 100 beats per minute:

Crazy in Love?!?! I'm def bringing some Beyonce magic into my next code.

Honestly, I probably need some mellow songs; I get way too overexcited and end up going >120 per minute. During simulations, the smart mannequin is always yelling at me to slow down.
