They will contact your attorney with a date for an interview. Not all are going to be getting them, there are hundreds of thousands that are waiting under the EB-3 category. Remember that Schedule A no longer exists, so your application is in with all of the others under that same category.

There is nothing that will be done with you contacting the NVC, appointments will be done and scheduled by the US Embassy.

I have a strange problem. I have a interview schedulded in the month of august, but right now I am pregnant and expect to deliver in october. If by chance i happen to get a visa after my august interview and the retrogression starts again in september, What will happen to my newborns green card? Will the baby alone be affected by retrogression?

But just need a clarification, if somebody can assist. I read in one of the posts that 1,40000 visas have been recaped from July onwards as per advise of congress. Is it true? Can we see any congressional instruction, other than visa bulletin?

Or the visas which will be issued on July onwards, is the balance of issued visas from 140000 anual quota.

I know this is number game, but just some input pls...so that I can guess the chance of my consul interview.

May be one of these works for you.

1. consult your attorney

2. put the same question to Ms Suzenna on above sticky thread. May be she knows this!

3.Call tel. 2591001 between 2pm to 4 pm Saturday to Wednesday and connect to a consular officer.This is US embassy kuwait.

as far as I know your baby will not be affected. I am sure Suzanne has mentioned elsewhere that baby is the only one that can be added after interview, whereas any other immedicate family members that you want to take with you must be added at same time your DS230 is requested

retrogression is not over, all that has happened is some visas have been released but expect these to go very quickly but cover a lot of people especially those already in the US on other types of visas and trades . You do have a chance to be called for interview but only thing you can do is wait and see what happens
