lol that is to funny !! :yeah::yeah:

Hey - I changed mine too not too long ago. I was on another nursing site and someone sent me a pm saying she didn't think I should use my screen name because I am a stepmother, not a real mom. I had been using busyrnandmom, so I changed mine to ilovemypuppies. It kind of bothered me at first, but...oh well. I lovemypuppies is a better one anyway.

That is disgusting. I would have told them to MTOB. I can't believe the gall of some people. Yeesh.

P.S.-A stepmother is a real mother. Never let anyone make you feel bad about that.

You're still a mom if you are raising the child regardless of whether or not you pushed the baby from your lady parts.

Seriously...what's next?! You adopted so you aren't a real mom either. People can be ignorant.

How DARE they do that.

That was cruel.

You are a busy RN and mom!!!!!!!

((((HUGS))))

That really does take gall. :angryfire:angryfire

I sent Tweety a pm and he helped me do it. It was really easy, and he was SO helpful!

And, I'm sorry about your little kitty. The dh and I lost one of our doggies within the last 2 weeks. Shadow was about 10 yrs old and SO sweet. We really miss her. They always leave such a big hole in our hearts!

I am so sorry about your kitty. It is so difficult when you lose a loved one! I just lost my Sammy a week ago today. He was 13 yrs and we had him since he was 8 weeks old. I miss him terribly! He was our baby, our precious little doggie. We are having him cremated and I should have his ashes back in a few weeks. Dont ever let anyone tell you that your heart can not be broken by the passing of a beloved pet. Mine is broken in two and I am not sure if it will ever mend!

Sammy was a a furry child to you. the pain will get less but you will never forget and sammy will be waiting for you. i promise.

i have had many dreams of kizzy and have felt her around me. sammy will visit you in dreams . i say prayers for you and sammy. :redbeathe:redbeathe:redbeathe:redbeathe:heartbeat:heartbeat:heartbeat

Thank you!! I appreciate it. I don't have any children of my own, but my dh and I raise his two sons full time. It did really hurt my feelings. It was a mod on another site that used to be here. I started not to change it, but then I thought, well, they aren't mine, but they only see their REAL mom once a month or so.

My babies all have 4 legs.

Hey - You had your baby cremated? I lost one of my dogs back about 3 years ago. I had gotten Sam when he was 2 to 3 months old, and had him until 1 month before his 16th birthday. I was SO sad! I had him cremated because if we moved, I didn't want to leave him there. He still sits on the edge of my dresser in our bedroom.

yes i had kizzy cremated. the reason i had kizzy cremated is the same reason you had sammy cremated. i didn't want to move and leave kizzy here alone. i can bring her with me where ever i go. i know she is safe. i have a memorial by the fireplace , she loved sleeping by the fireplace. i have a open area by the fireplace and i have her ashes, and her pawprint and tuft of fur there with her picture when she was healthy. it's nice and cozy right the way she liked it. i still have her heating pad on my bed. it's only been a month so i use her heating pad . she loved that heating pad on the bed. i think of her all the time when i see it.

it's so hard to loose our babies. but they are with us, and they are playing in the warm sun beyond the rainbow bridge. they are waiting for us !! let me know how you are doing !! :redbeathe:heartbeat
