Cedar... New Grad Program 2011?

yea, i got some 2s and stuff.....interview really just came down to your interviewer...but i figure thats how its gotta go down....I hate to say this, but Im pretty sure everyone who interviewed probably could do the job fine. They honestly probably could have just lotteried the entire thing. Some might be better than others, but we could all do the job and do it well.

You sure it's a 45% chance? I swear there were more than 200 people in there.

The invited 200. I know some people got called to come in earlier (meaning there were people that didn't show up). One of the other threads said only 135 showed up?

I didn't see what I scored on anything because my interviewer left everything blank until after I left Who knows!

I didnot received the email. After the interview with nurse manager, my name was call second time, this time the lady only thanks me for coming and waiting, she mention that wait for the phone and email within the next 1-2 week. or if i want my information ( folder) back email them....

I was not given an exact number, but was told at the by the manager that there were about 135 people (seemed like more because there were more than 135 chairs) and that appx 30 will start Feb 29 and another appx 30 will start 2nd week of March.

At the HR table, they said last cohort was scheduled to take in 50 people and they took in about 70 people bc they had so many good applicants.

The week will go by fast----stay busy----volunteer somewhere----I have made my week full with volunteer work so I can get out of my own thoughts!

....before you know it, the phone will ring or an email will pop up... hang in there!

Rita just called me. I got the offer to start on Feb 7th 2011, in 2 weeks. The rate is $33.50 (not $32.50 like I mentioned).
