For those who got the email today, were you able to to a second interview? I mean like talking to the nurse director. Any information would be really appreciated. THANKS

I just had one interview with one of the nurse managers. After, she told me to sit down to wait for the director interview. But after awhile, they called my name and said I was free to go and I asked if I was supposed to have an interview with a director and she said that the interview with a director only happens if the first interviewer missed something and they needed something to be clarified. She said that the director looked through the portfolio and the paper the interviewer filled out and if it was okay, then we could go.

I had the same experience.

Thanks ebrivero829! you're very nice for sharing your experience. What happen to me was after my interview with the nurse manager, he just asked me to wait for a little bit while he was writing comments. He asked me what area I wan't and what shift I prefer, then thank me for coming in for the interview. So then, I went straight to the exit. :( You guys are all receiving that email, maybe you were selected! :) cheers for that!

This wait is torture. Hope you guys can keep your mind off it this weekend! Good luck to all of us!!! Don't lose hope until you get a rejection from Cedar themselves!

hey ya'll so, i got the same thing. i posted it on a different thread. but I heard that they weren't doing the typical 2nd interview that day because the directors had that 3:30 meeting that afternoon. Also I received the email and so I guess just fill it out....

since it can't hurt.

did anyone actually do it yet?

Yes, it was a pretty standard application: basic info, education, license, work history, (3) references, and such.

i got the email today too...I actually spoke with the director, but it was because I scored super low on my clinical questions. I had to try to redeem myself, so I'm not sure if that was a good or bad thing....but the interview process kinda sucked I felt because it really came down to whether your interviewer was an easy scorer or not. For example, one interviewer might of given you a 4 out of 5 for a question, whereas another interviewer might of given you a 2 out of 5 for the same answer for the same question.

either way, I Hope I get a spot, but good luck to everyone

Yes, I got the email. My interviewer scored me 5/5 for everything. She was super nice and pleasant though so maybe that's why :-) don't lose hope yet! 45% hiring is not bad!

What do you mean low? Can you tell us how low? I hope you dont mind me asking this. Because if that's the case, home they didn't give me the chance to redeem myself? Lol. Well I didnt see my total score:) i just saw some of them like, 2s, 3s and 4s.
