CCSF ADN Program Fall 2014

It was my first year. I applied to 5 other colleges too, so hopefully I will get into one of the 5 programs.

I talked to the Director of the program in January, she assured that CCSF will get their accreditation straight. Good luck with your teas guys!

I hope you get into the other programs! I only applied to CCSF and Butte, so I hope I get into one too lol.

What were the other schools you applied to? Are they lottery?

So the director said she's positive they will get accreditation back? What if they don't..what's going to happen to those who are currently In the program? This is such a tough and risky decision..

Yea, the accreditation thing is scary. It's been going on for a couple of years now, though. I'm assuming or hoping that we won't be affected I read somewhere from a different post about this issue that they'll take care of the nursing students if they don't get their accreditation worked out. Idk though, they might just be saying that lol.

yeah, i feel like sometimes they are making it seem a lot better than it really is just so that students can ease their mind. But who knows..I wish they told us more information/updates.

Conditonal acceptance letters mailed out today. Must reply by April 18.

Yay! I hope I got a spot or at least a good number on the waiting list lol.

Did you get your letter already or just found out it was being mailed today? Also, are you planning to go to CCSF or waiting on another program?

I received mine on Sat. I was in the 50's in the lottery so my letter states I am on the standby list but invites me to take the TEAS.

I literally just went to check the mail like a crazy person lol. Nothing yet though

Were you also accepted to the Nursing Program at CSM? If so, which school will you be choosing to attend? & why? I was accepted into both and trying to make my decision asap to give others on the waitlist an opportunity. I'm from the East Bay so I'm not too familiar with either school. But I agree that the whole accreditation thing for CCSF has me worried too.

My letter didn't say what number I was on the wait list. Only to chose a date to take the TEAS at CCSF.
