August 2008 Nclex Testtaker

To those who took their exam this august 2008, how many sata did you get? Anyone who get 20 or above sata in a 75 questions? Please kindly tell me.. I'm very anxious and worried on my coming Nclex exam this September.. I can't take out of my mind that I'll be getting lots of sata and will not be answer it correctly.. :scrying: Thanks!

Everyone is different and so will be the type of questions they get. Just concentrate on the rationales and what the question is asking you

I got about 4 or 5 SATA. Two dosage questions and a few priority and delegation. Everyones test is different, though. Keep that in mind. I had two friends take theirs the day before and one had no SATA and no dosage. The other had about 16 SATA and 6 dosage.

I believe it's completely random.

i got less 10 Q's of SATA 3-4 dosage calculations and the rest was prioritization, and delegation, 1 drag and paste..

I passed on 75 but I think I must have zoned out as cannot remember the content of my test,:sstrs: it's all a bit of a fuzzy haze and I only sat last week but know I hardly had any SATA You need to remain focused on your nursing knowledge rather than worrying about test format, if you think about the rationale it will help you answer SATA too

I took mine on the 18th. I had about 10 sata, 1 calculation, several prioritizations. I stopped at 78 and passed. If you know your content you should be fine. Since it is different for everyone just know a little about everything one thing that I did have a lot of is pharmacology. Pay attention to the medication commercials they saved me on a couple.

Best Wishes,

Thank you so much for all the info's and replies. Wish me luck on my exam. Congrats to those who passed!

I took my pn boards and had 3 meds, and 8-9 SATA. It's amazing how much of the exam I just can't remember. I passed at 85.

I had 20 SATA in 75 questions this week.

I consider each one a separate question, true or false. (if that makes sense)

Good luck on your test and prepare for the worst case scenario. You have no control over which questions you get. You DO have control over how you prepare.

9 SATA a week ago, passed at 75.

Good luck!

had any one had any luck useing the Delmar nclex-pn series
