Congrats to you that is great!!! I am 39 and will be close to that when all is said and done LOL. most of my class mates are also in their 30's and 40's.

I am 49, and will be done with nursing courses a month before I turn 50.

40 here, I'll be 43 when I graduate. (From my lips to God's ears)

i'm 48 and waiting to be accepted. (and waiting and waiting and waiting)

hope to be part of the accepted group soon!!!!!

:monkeydance: I'm 45 and I start LPN program in July. I'm a firm believer that you are NEVER to old when it comes to fulfilling your dreams.

Good luck to ya!

I'll be 45 in June and I received my acceptance letter a few weeks ago....I went from SO excited to pertrified in just a few days. I think it was due to the immunization problem. My records are not complete. So, I had to do the titers. Still waiting for the results of those. And, I have a deadline of April 30--if I don't meet this deadline...my spot goes to someone else. All of this is starting to overwhelm me. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Congrats everyone!!:wink2:

I have to get titers also. I just got my acceptance letter today so I haven't even begun yet. Good luck to you, Veronica!

you are definitely not the lone ranger in being a "non-traditional" student in nursing school....in my class, i think we're the majority!! and there is one of the other classes where it looks like a half-dozen or so are sixty!!!

welcome and best wishes!!
