Ahhh the start of classes

TOMORROW'S the big day. I haven't gone to school in 3 1/2 years now. I have a 4 year old daughter and a 3 month old son. I am excited about going into the nursing program but I am left with 3 pre-reqs to take this semester. I have already passed the NET's and have taken all of my pre-reqs but the 3 I am in. Just looking for some support this semester where support is needed and introduce myself.

I am taking

A&P 1 with Lab

A&p 2 with Lab

Pharmacy Calculations

This is going to be a very difficult semester for me. sigh! But I am ready. Or as ready as I will ever be.

Thank you! I am a bundle of emotions. I am excited to get started and scared to fail. I never thought going back to school would be so difficult. The having 2 kids things, is quite the wrench lol. But I'm going back for their future.

You know going in that you will have your hands full, so keep your focus on your goal!!!! Balance your time between classes as needed, as well as spending time with your children.

Think positive, stay motivated, stay determined!

Let us know if you have any questions on your classes, join some of the A&P club threads (if you haven't already), and click on my username to visit my homepage. I have quizzes for A&P that may help you out.

You can do it! Good luck!!

Lots of luck to you! You can do it! Those are similar to my classes, which I also start tomorrow (Micro, A&P II, and Math for Meds). Come join the threads specific to your classes. You will learn a lot from those and find some GREAT websites that are so helpul in your classes.

I've posted lots of helpful links into websites to help students with A&P and Pharmacy calculations. You can find some of them by clicking on my screen name "Daytonite" and chosing the menu item to read other posts by me. Just look for posts to threads on math and A&P. If you still need help and are having trouble finding them, post a new thread for math help or A&P help. Also, check out the "Sticky" threads for links to web sites as well as helpful advice from other members.

You are taking both A&P classes. That sounds scarey. I am NOT that brave. Good luck to you. :)
