A normal Stress Test!!

the nurse from my cardiologist office just called and said my stress test was normal:yeah: she also said the doc said everything was fine, ef 64% and plenty of oxygen is getting to the ole ticker!

what a big relieve. doc told me this morning during the test, that he just can't figure out why i do this about every 2 years or so. he said i am one for the text books.

now i can get back to my routine and relax. i think it is just my body's way of telling me to slow down and take it easy. kinda hard to do with type "a" personality!

I know all about the type A personality issue. I had a surgery 10 days ago and not allowed to work, clean house or drive......My body can't even sleep as it isn't doing anything to get tired.......3 more days to go!
